Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the departure time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are not eligible for a refund.
If you make a cancellation within 24 hours of departure, you may be able to receive a credit for the purchase price.
If you are unable to board the bus for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund.
If your bus is delayed for more than an hour, you are entitled to a full refund.
If your bus is cancelled by Bus Plana, you are entitled to a full refund.
If you need to change your ticket for any reason, you will be charged a €10 fee.

For checked-in luggage, a fee of €3 per bag will be charged, and €5 for each additional bag.
The maximum weight for checked-in luggage is 25 kg per bag.
Bicycles, pets, and other large objects are not allowed on board the bus.
Dangerous items such as weapons, explosives, and flammable materials are strictly forbidden.
