"I was treated rudely by two different staff people over the phone. The bus station that we had used before is still listed as the bus station on the greyhound website I was using. I also called ahead of booking the fare and was not told that the bus station had moved locations to another city. There was no indication when booking the ticket that the office had moved. They did have an address for the other city which the bus typically drives through as well and makes a stop there, so we didn't think anything about that. When arriving at the station (that had been open for 40 years), there was a paper sign on the door that read they were closed and the new station was in the next city. The phone number listed on the door was incomplete. When I called the number to station in the next city I was told "what do you want me to do about it?" by the service rep and that "she was not in charge of the website". I asked if she could forward my concern and she said no. No apology, just rudeness!!"
