Cancellation Policy for Breizhgo Bus Travel in France:

  • Customers can cancel their bookings up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time without incurring any cancellation fees.
  • If a customer cancels their booking less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time, they will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the ticket fare.
  • In case of a "no-show" where the customer fails to board the bus without prior cancellation, they will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the full ticket fare.
  • Cancellations can be made online through the Breizhgo website or mobile app, or by contacting their customer service directly.
  • Refunds for cancelled tickets will be provided in the original payment method used during the booking process.
  • Any changes or modifications to the booking must be made prior to the 24-hour cancellation window to avoid cancellation fees.
  • In situations where Breizhgo needs to cancel a scheduled departure, customers will be notified as soon as possible and provided with alternative travel options or a full refund.

    • Number of Bags: Passengers are allowed to bring up to 2 pieces of luggage.
    • Weight Limit: Each bag must not exceed 20 kilograms in weight.
    • Size Limit: The dimensions (length + width + height) of each bag must not exceed 150 centimeters.
  • Extra Taxes on Luggage:
    • Additional Baggage Fee: If a passenger wishes to bring more than 2 pieces of luggage, an extra fee of €10 per additional bag will apply.
    • Oversized Baggage Fee: If a bag exceeds the weight or size limits mentioned above, an extra fee of €15 will apply.
  • Allowed Items:
    • Carry-On Bags: Passengers can bring small bags, such as backpacks or purses, as carry-on items, as long as they fit under the seat or in the overhead compartment.
