Cancellation Policy - BP Tour in Poland

Important Information:

• Always review the cancellation policy before booking your bus travel.
• Cancellation fees may apply depending on the time of cancellation.

BP Tour Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the departure time are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the departure time will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the ticket price.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the departure time will not be eligible for a refund.
• If the bus operator cancels the trip, passengers will receive a full refund.

Cancellation Scenarios:

• Scenario 1: You cancel your booking more than 48 hours before departure.
• Result: You will receive a full refund.
• Scenario 2: You cancel your booking between 24 and 48 hours before departure.
• Result: A cancellation fee of 25% of the ticket price will be deducted from your refund.
• Scenario 3: You cancel your booking less than 24 hours before departure.
• Result: No refund will be provided.
• Scenario 4: BP Tour cancels the trip.
• Result: You will receive a full refund.

• Luggage Policy on BP Tour:
• Passengers are allowed to bring a maximum of two pieces of luggage.
• The total weight of the luggage must not exceed 30kg.
• Each passenger is also allowed to bring one small carry-on bag.
• All luggage must be properly labeled with the passenger's name and contact information.
• Fragile or valuable items should be declared and extra care should be taken.
• Extra Taxes on Luggage:
• Additional charges may apply for excess weight or oversized luggage.
• Extra taxes on luggage will be calculated based on the weight and size of the luggage.
• Allowed Items:
• Clothing and personal belongings.
• Toiletries and cosmetics in travel-sized containers.
• Laptop, tablet, or any other personal electronic devices.
• Non-perishable food items for personal consumption.
• Medications with proper prescription labels.
