Musical instruments: 1 small instrument can replace hand luggage, or 1 large instrument can be checked as hold luggage, packed in a hard case.

Between 30 and 7 days before departure: 30% cancellation fee.
Between 7 days and 30 minutes before departure: 50% cancellation fee.
Within 30 minutes of departure: No cancellations allowed.

Refunds

Are issued in the form of a voucher valid for one year.
