in the response.• Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled departure time will be refunded in full. • Cancellations made between 24 hours and 1 hour before the scheduled departure time will be refunded at 50%. • Cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled departure time will not be refunded. • All cancellations must be reported to Big Tree Coaches prior to the scheduled departure time. • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process. • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. • All refunds are subject to a 5% administrative fee. • Cancellations due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances will be refunded in full.
