Appennino Shuttle Cancellation Policy:

• Free Cancellation: Passengers can cancel their booking free of charge until 48 hours before departure.
• Cancellations within 48 hours: If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the scheduled departure time, the ticket will no longer be refundable.
• No-shows: Passengers that do not show up at least 15 minutes before the departure time without providing a cancellation notice will be considered as a no-show. The complete ticket price will be charged and there will be no refund.
• Rescheduling: Passengers can modify their tickets until 48 hours before departure without any added costs. After this time, rescheduling will depend on seat availability and may require an additional fee.
• Bad Weather: In case of severe weather or any other situations beyond the company's control which lead to a cancellation of the shuttle service, passengers are entitled to a full refund or can choose to rebook for another available journey at no extra cost.
• Delays: Appennino Shuttle is not responsible for delays due to traffic conditions, accidents or roadworks. Therefore, refunds will not be provided on the basis of arrivals later than the scheduled time.
• Bus Breakdown: If there is a breakdown of the bus, Appennino Shuttle will arrange for a substitute vehicle. If it results in a significant delay, passengers have the right to cancel the journey and they will be refunded the total ticket price.

Appennino Shuttle Luggage Policy

• Each passenger is allowed to carry one piece of hand luggage that can fit on overhead compartments or under the seat.
• Normally, a second piece of luggage is allowed only if there is enough space available in the cargo compartment.
• All luggage must be properly tagged with the passenger's name and contact information.
• Large musical instruments, sports equipment and similar items must be reported at the time of booking and may be subject to an additional fee.
• The company is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of luggage. It is recommended to carry valuables, medication, and important documents in your hand luggage.

Additional Charges for Excess Luggage

• If you're bringing additional, oversized or overweight luggage, charges may apply subject to space availability.
• These charges are payable at the bus station or directly on the bus, depending on the company's procedures.

Prohibited Items in Appennino Shuttle
