Flexible Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your ticket before the journey begins, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel your ticket after the journey has begun, you will receive a refund of the unused portion of the ticket.
If you cancel a ticket due to an emergency or illness, Agat will offer a refund for the unused portion of the ticket.
If you cancel a ticket due to a schedule change, Agat will offer a refund for the unused portion of the ticket.
If Agat cancels a trip due to weather, mechanical issues, or any other issue, a full refund will be provided.

Smooth Luggage

Luggage Policy

Agat customers are allowed to take one (1) piece of luggage per passenger for free.
Each additional piece of luggage will be charged a fee of PLN 5 for domestic routes.
For international routes, two (2) pieces of luggage are allowed per passenger for free.
Each additional piece of luggage will be charged a fee of PLN 10.
Maximum weight of each piece of luggage should be no more than 15kg.
Passengers are allowed to bring hand-luggage on board.
The hand-luggage should not exceed 40x40x40 cm and weight should be no more than 5kg.
Passengers are not allowed to bring any hazardous materials, including sharp objects, firearms, and flammable liquids.
Items such as laptops, cameras and other electronic devices are allowed, but must be declared to the driver at the time of boarding.

Pet-Friendly Guidelines

Pet Policy

Agat allows passengers to bring their pets on board, provided that they follow certain rules and regulations.
Pets must be kept in a pet carrier, and the carrier must be kept on the floor during the ride. The carrier should be large enough for the pet to turn around and stand up.
Pets must remain in the carrier at all times while on board, and cannot be taken out of the carrier while on the bus.
Only cats and small dogs are allowed on board. Other animals, such as reptiles and rodents, are not allowed.
Passengers must provide proof of vaccination for their pets, and the pet must be in good health.
