Brightline offers different cancellation rules based on the ticket type:
Smart Fare (Economy)
- Non-refundable
- Rebooking available with a fee (fare difference applies).
Premium Fare (First Class)
- Fully refundable if canceled before departure.
- Rebooking allowed at no extra cost.
Brightline Ticket Refund Policy
- Smart Fare (Economy): No refunds, but changes are allowed with a fee.
- Premium Fare (First Class): Fully refundable if canceled before departure.
