Deutsche Bahn provides a flexible and passenger-friendly luggage policy, ensuring a hassle-free journey for travelers.
Carry-On Luggage
Free Items: Two carry-on bags and one personal item (e.g., handbag, laptop bag, or small backpack) per passenger.
Size and Weight Limits
- Carry-on bags: Maximum 50 lbs (23 kg) and dimensions of 71 x 56 x 28 cm.
- Personal items: Maximum 25 lbs (12 kg) and dimensions of 36 x 28 x 18 cm.
Storage
- Overhead racks above the seats.
- Luggage compartments at the end of train cars.
- Under-seat storage for smaller items.
Oversized Luggage
Oversized luggage (e.g., musical instruments or sporting equipment) is allowed if it does not exceed the luggage compartment's capacity.

Storage

Bicycles
