- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before departure to be eligible for a refund.
- If the cancellation is made within this timeframe, passengers will receive a refund in the original form of payment or a credit voucher for future travel.
- No refunds are issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure.
For Third-Party Ticket Purchases
- Tickets purchased from third-party sellers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Go Buses cannot modify or refund tickets purchased through external booking platforms.

Changing Tickets
For Tickets Purchased on GoBuses
