Cancellation and Refund Policy

For Tickets Purchased on GoBuses

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before departure to be eligible for a refund.
  • If the cancellation is made within this timeframe, passengers will receive a refund in the original form of payment or a credit voucher for future travel.
  • No refunds are issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure.

For Third-Party Ticket Purchases

  • Tickets purchased from third-party sellers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Go Buses cannot modify or refund tickets purchased through external booking platforms.
  • Passengers must contact the original ticket provider for any refund or modification requests.

Changing Tickets

For Tickets Purchased on GoBuses

  • Changes are allowed up to 48 hours before departure.
  • Changes can be made through the Go Buses website or customer service.
  • No modification fees apply for changes made within the allowed timeframe.
  • If the new ticket is more expensive, passengers must pay the difference.
  • If the new ticket is cheaper, the remaining balance will be issued as a credit voucher for future travel.

GO Flex Ticket

  • The GO Flex Ticket allows passengers to modify or cancel their booking up until departure without any fees.

  • No refunds or rescheduling is allowed for no-show passengers.
