Types of Reserved Seats
Megabus offers various types of reserved seats, typically categorized by their location on the bus.

- Upper Deck Seats: Available on double-decker buses, these seats offer a panoramic view and are often preferred by passengers who enjoy sightseeing.
- Lower Deck Seats: These seats are closer to the exit and may be preferred for quicker disembarkation.
- Front Row Seats: Located at the front of the bus, these seats offer the best views and more legroom.
- Table Seats: Some Megabus vehicles offer seats around a table, ideal for groups traveling together.
Reserved Seat Conditions
- Reserved seat bookings are subject to availability and can only be made for the specific trip indicated on your ticket.
- They are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for another seat once the journey has commenced.
- If Megabus is unable to honor a reserved seat booking, passengers may be eligible for a refund of the reserved seat fee, but not the entire ticket price provided in the transportation service itself if it still delivered.
