Megabus Cancellation and Refunds

Non-refundable Reservations: Reservations with Megabus.com cannot be refunded or canceled unless there is a material failure in service delivery.

Reserved Seats: If reserved seats are not honored but transportation is provided, only the reserved seat price will be refunded.

No Responsibility for Delays: Caused by traffic, weather, or uncontrollable events.

No Refunds for Denied Entry: Passengers crossing borders, denied entry will not receive free transportation or refunds.

Fees applied: Changes must be made at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure.

  • More than 24 hours before departure: $3.00.
  • 6 to 24 hours before departure: $5.00.
  • 3 to 6 hours before departure: $7.50.
