Travelers on Catarinense buses must adhere to the following luggage rules:

• Allowance: Each passenger is permitted up to 30 kg of luggage stored in the bus compartment, with a total dimension (length + width + height) not exceeding 300 cm.
• Hand Luggage: Passengers may carry one piece of hand luggage up to 5 kg, fitting within overhead compartments or underneath seats, without obstructing aisles or emergency exits.
• Prohibited Items: It is strictly prohibited to transport hazardous substances, flammable materials, illegal drugs, firearms, or sharp objects.
