1001 Pet Policy

1001 allows passengers to travel with small pets under specific conditions to ensure a safe and comfortable journey for all:

• Only small-sized dogs and cats are permitted. Pets must weigh a maximum of 10 kg including their carrier.
• Travel duration with pets should ideally not exceed 8 hours.
• Owners must purchase an additional seat for their pets, located specifically beside their own.
• All pets must remain secured within proper transport carriers during the entire journey. Carriers should be ventilated, clean, and leak-proof.
• Documentation to present at boarding includes pet health records and up-to-date vaccination certificates.
• Guide dogs and emotional support animals are allowed onboard free of charge. Passengers must present relevant authorization and certification upon boarding.
• Embarkation must be agreed upon by all passengers adjacent to the pet's reserved seat. If consent is not given, appropriate relocations will be arranged.
