  • Cancellations and date changes can be requested up to 3 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • Request refunds or ticket rescheduling directly through the company's official channels—either online, by phone, or at authorized ticket counters.
  • Refund eligibility and fees depend on the fare conditions of the ticket purchased; check fare conditions at the moment of purchase.
  • No-shows and requests made less than 3 hours before departure typically do not qualify for refunds or alterations.
