Got a ticket for Atlanta Ga 10/4/18. Pick up was in chicago illinois at 11:59pm that bus was a hour or so late. So didn't arrive on time in atlanta. Coming back on 10/13/18 the bus was 90-120 min late. The bus that showed up wasn't really the bus but they didn't want to make us wait 2 more hours.now I'm frustrated.on the way to Chicago the bus had altercation the luggage door wouldn't close after the driver tried several times no go. She asked a rider who he be willing to lock the door from the inside and climb out the window.that didn't work.luckily he had a small hand screw driver n tightening up the weather strip n finally the door close. My first experience with Mega bus I really disappointed. The driver mentioned that we should get a refund back n i agree my whole trip there n back was delayed plus my fiancee had to climb in the luggage department in chicago to get the bags out.That was a birthday trip for me to for my bday.WiFi nevered worked coming or going. I would not recommend the megabus to anyone.

First bus ok the next 2 was like sitting on blocks of concrete and Walter needs a lesson. First they tell me to go around sides of bus to access my baggage them he and other other members of the "TEAM" verbally attacked me for being on the side of the bus they just gave me access to.I was thouroly embarrassed....a 50 year old man being scolded like I was in kindergarten or something.Now about your terminal here in cleavland....birds inside the building shitting on my food,flies allover the toilets that are supposedly cleaned every hour....the ones you have to walk thru sticky floors to get too...faucets not working. The supervisor here should be shitcanned immediately. I wouldn't let my dog hangout here. Oh yeah peeling paint falling into the cafeteria ,absolutely filthy place...only the truth. Don't hate. I could keep going.....................

Disgusting.. Upon my departure from West TX, the bus was 4 hours late. Arriving in Dallas I was informed that my next available bus to N Carolina would be a 3 day wait. The desk staff were rude,not to mention the drug traffickers and bums begging for money. The security is lousy . I want a total refund. { ps} I am a Senior Citizen
