However, coverage may vary depending on location, and streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube) are not supported.</li><li>Power Outlets: Available on most buses, either at every row or every other row. The Gold Bus guarantees outlets at every row.</li><li>Reading Lights: Installed on all buses for passengers who need extra lighting. The driver may restrict their use in the front rows during nighttime trips.</li><li>Restrooms: Every Vamoose bus is equipped with a clean, functional bathroom for passenger convenience.</li><li>Climate Control: All buses are fitted with heating and air conditioning systems to ensure a comfortable temperature throughout the journey.</li><li>Food &amp; Beverages:<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Vamoose Bus does not serve food or beverages onboard.</li><li>Passengers may bring their own snacks and drinks, provided they do not disturb other passengers and clean up after themselves.</li></ul></li></ul><h2 class="wp-block-heading">Gold Bus Service: Premium Travel Experience</h2>For an upgraded experience, passengers can book the Gold Bus, which offers:<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Wider, more comfortable seats with extra legroom.</li><li>Fewer passengers per bus, ensuring a quieter and more relaxed ride.</li><li>Folding tray tables and cup holders for added convenience.</li><li>Complimentary bottled spring water.</li></ul>Passengers can request a Gold Bus upgrade online or via customer service. If switching from a Gold Bus to a regular bus before the travel date, a credit for the price difference will be issued.<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Seat Reservation &amp; Boarding Process</h2><ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Seat Selection:<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Vamoose Bus operates on a first-come, first-served seating policy.</li><li>Specific seat reservations are not available.</li></ul></li><li>Guaranteed Seating:<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>All online and phone reservations guarantee a seat, provided the passenger arrives on time.</li><li>Walk-up passengers can purchase a ticket at the bus stop, but seats are available only after all pre-reserved passengers have boarded.</li></ul></li><li>Arrival Time Recommendation:<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Passengers should arrive at the bus stop at least 30 minutes before departure.</li><li>If a passenger is not present 5 minutes before departure, their seat may be released to stand-by passengers.</li></ul></li><li>Missed Bus Policy:<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>If you miss your scheduled bus, your ticket cannot be rescheduled.</li><li>However, it may be used as a standby ticket for a later bus (subject to seat availability).</li></ul></li></ul></section>
