Standard Onboard Amenities

When you travel with Vamoose Bus, you can enjoy a comfortable and convenient ride with a variety of onboard amenities.

  • Wi-Fi: Complimentary internet access is available on all buses. However, coverage may vary depending on location, and streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube) are not supported.
  • Power Outlets: Available on most buses, either at every row or every other row. The Gold Bus guarantees outlets at every row.
  • Reading Lights: Installed on all buses for passengers who need extra lighting. The driver may restrict their use in the front rows during nighttime trips.
  • Restrooms: Every Vamoose bus is equipped with a clean, functional bathroom for passenger convenience.
  • Climate Control: All buses are fitted with heating and air conditioning systems to ensure a comfortable temperature throughout the journey.
  • Food & Beverages:
    • Vamoose Bus does not serve food or beverages onboard.
    • Passengers may bring their own snacks and drinks, provided they do not disturb other passengers and clean up after themselves.

Gold Bus Service: Premium Travel Experience

For an upgraded experience, passengers can book the Gold Bus, which offers:

  • Wider, more comfortable seats with extra legroom.
  • Fewer passengers per bus, ensuring a quieter and more relaxed ride.
  • Folding tray tables and cup holders for added convenience.
  • Complimentary bottled spring water.

Passengers can request a Gold Bus upgrade online or via customer service. If switching from a Gold Bus to a regular bus before the travel date, a credit for the price difference will be issued.

Seat Reservation & Boarding Process

  • Seat Selection:
    • Vamoose Bus operates on a first-come, first-served seating policy.
    • Specific seat reservations are not available.
  • Guaranteed Seating:
    • All online and phone reservations guarantee a seat, provided the passenger arrives on time.
    • Walk-up passengers can purchase a ticket at the bus stop, but seats are available only after all pre-reserved passengers have boarded.
  • Arrival Time Recommendation:
    • Passengers should arrive at the bus stop at least 30 minutes before departure.
    • If a passenger is not present 5 minutes before departure, their seat may be released to stand-by passengers.
  • Missed Bus Policy:
    • If you miss your scheduled bus, your ticket cannot be rescheduled.
    • However, it may be used as a standby ticket for a later bus (subject to seat availability).
