Ticket Cancellation Policy
Involuntary Cancellations (RegioJet-Initiated)
If RegioJet cancels a trip or makes significant schedule changes, passengers are entitled to:
- A full refund issued as a monetary refund or travel voucher.
- Rescheduling to a new trip at no extra cost.
Refunds for canceled trips are processed automatically or can be requested via customer support.
Voluntary Cancellations (Passenger-Initiated)
Passengers can cancel their ticket before departure under these conditions:
- Cancellations must be made at least 15 minutes before departure.
- Tickets can be canceled via:
- Online through the RegioJet website.
- At ticket offices in bus terminals.
Refunds for voluntary cancellations depend on when the cancellation is made:

Ticket Changes & Rescheduling
Passengers can modify their trip details under the following conditions:
Types of Changes Allowed
✔ Date & Time Changes – Modify departure time and date.
✔ Seat Upgrades – Upgrade to a higher ticket class by paying the price difference.
❌ Passenger Name Changes are NOT Allowed – Tickets are non-transferable.
Rescheduling Fees & Conditions
- Online Changes: Lower fees apply for changes made online.
- Ticket Office Changes: Additional service fees may apply.
- If the new ticket is more expensive, passengers must pay the difference.
- If the new ticket is cheaper, the remaining balance is issued as a voucher.

No Refunds for Missed Trips
If passengers fail to cancel or reschedule their ticket at least 15 minutes before departure, the ticket is considered used, and no refund or credit will be provided.
