Passengers in Wheelchairs

  • Passengers in wheelchairs can travel on the Express line. For the Local line and Brome-Missisquoi line, alternative transportation will be organized to transfer you to an Express line stop.

Not all buses are equipped with a wheelchair lift, so it's essential to follow these steps:

  • Book your seat at least 72 hours in advance by calling:

  • Mention that you will be traveling in a wheelchair and specify the departure and arrival points, as well as the date and time of travel.
  • Indicate if you will be accompanied by an assisting person, guide dog, or assistance dog.
  • Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure.

Assistance with Boarding

If you need help boarding the bus, please: Arrive 30 minutes before departure.

Assisting Persons

Passengers with reduced mobility who have an Accompanying Card for Intercity Bus Service are entitled to one free companion ticket.
