Limocar Cancellation and Refunds

Tickets are non-cancellable: Once purchased, tickets cannot be canceled, and no refunds are available.
Refunds
No Refunds: All fares and fees are non-refundable. This applies even if you are unable to use your ticket for any reason.

Modifying Tickets
- You can change the departure date and time before the scheduled departure.
- Modifications can only be made up to 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Tickets cannot be modified after the scheduled departure time.
- Name Changes: The name on a ticket cannot be changed or transferred to another person.
How to Request Changes: Visit www.limocar.ca or call 819-562-8899 (or toll-free at 1-866-692-8899) to make changes.
Ticket Expiration
Tickets expire 365 days after the date of purchase, regardless of any modifications made. Once a ticket expires, it becomes non-refundable and non-changeable.
Monthly Pass Changes
Non-transferable and cannot be changed to a date outside the valid month. A monthly pass automatically expires at the end of the month it was issued for.
