Gontijo Cancellation, Changes & Refunds

Gontijo operates under the following policies related to changes, cancellations, and refunds:

  • Changes: Passengers may request schedule or date changes up to 3 hours prior to departure, subject to availability and possible fare adjustment.
  • Cancellations: Passengers who wish to cancel must inform the company at least 3 hours before departure to receive a refund.
  • Refunds: Refund requests made in accordance with policy guidelines are processed. Refund times may vary depending on the original payment method and can take several business days.
  • No-shows or late cancellations (under 3 hours prior to departure) are typically non-refundable; however, exceptional circumstances are reviewed individually.
