Involuntary Cancellations (by the Train Operator)

If the train operator cancels your trip, you are eligible for:

  • A full refund of your ticket fare and any associated fees.
  • The option to reschedule your trip at no additional cost.
  • Refunds can be issued either as a voucher or a monetary refund, depending on the original payment method.

Voluntary Cancellations (by the Passenger)

You can cancel your ticket up to 15 minutes before departure.

  • Cancellations must be done either online or at physical ticket sales locations (such as bus terminals or ticket offices).
  • Refund: Generally issued in the form of a voucher.
    • The value of the voucher may depend on how far in advance the cancellation is made.
    • Vouchers are typically valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Changes and Rescheduling

Reschedule your trip up to 15 minutes before departure.

  • Changes can be made online or at physical ticket sales locations (e.g., train stations or ticket offices).
  • IMPORTANT: Train drivers or customer service agents onboard cannot modify your ticket.
  • Rebooking: The original ticket is canceled, and a new one is issued. If the new ticket is more expensive, you must pay the difference. If the new ticket is cheaper, the remaining balance is issued as a voucher.
  • Any fare difference must be paid by the passenger.
  • Non-refundable service fees may apply, depending on how the ticket was purchased or rebooked.

Refunds

Delayed Trips (60 to 119 Minutes)

  • 25% refund from the ticket price if choose to continue the trip.
  • If prefer not to continue the trip, cancel and receive a full refund in the form of a voucher or monetary refund.

Severe Delays (120 Minutes or More)

  • 50% refund from the ticket price if choose to continue the trip.
  • If prefer not to continue the trip, cancel and receive a full refund in the form of a voucher or monetary refund.

Missed Connections

  • Missed connection because of a delay, passenger will be rebooked on the next available connection free of charge.
  • If the passenger have to book a new trip on it own, it may apply for a refund of the additional costs incurred by providing receipts for alternative transportation.

Unused Tickets

If a ticket is not used and not rescheduled or canceled at least 15 minutes before departure, it is considered forfeited, and no refund or credit will be provided.

Service Fees

  • Non-refundable Service Fees: Any service fees charged during the ticket booking process are non-refundable in cases of voluntary cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Physical Rescheduling Fees: Additional fees may apply if ticket changes or cancellations are made at physical sales locations.
