European Sleeper Accessibility

European Sleeper strives to accommodate passengers with special accessibility needs:

  • Wheelchair Accommodation: Assistance is available; however, due to the historic nature of sleeper trains, space for wheelchair passengers may be limited or unavailable. It is recommended to contact customer service well ahead to confirm availability and necessary assistance.
  • Boarding Assistance: Passengers requiring special boarding assistance should arrive at least 30 minutes before departure.
  • Service Animals: Are fully allowed onboard to assist passengers.
