Non-refundable Reservations: In the case of reservations with Megabus, refunds or cancellations are not allowed unless there is a material failure in service delivery.
Reserved Seats: If reserved seats are not honoured but transportation is provided, only the price of the reserved seat will be refunded.
No Responsibility for Delays: Caused by traffic, weather, or uncontrollable events.
No Refunds for Denied Entry: Passengers crossing borders who are denied entry will not receive free transportation or refunds.

Bus Ticket Changes
Fees applied: Changes must be made at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure.
- More than 24 hours before departure: $3.00.
- 6 to 24 hours before departure: $5.00.
- 3 to 6 hours before departure: $7.50.
