RedCoach Cancellation, Changes & Refunds

RedCoach allows passengers to cancel or modify their tickets under specific conditions. Below are the details regarding cancellations, ticket changes, refunds, and important policies.

Ticket Cancellations

Passengers can cancel their tickets up to 3 hours before departure via the online Manage Booking system.

How to Cancel a Ticket?

  • Visit RedCoach Manage Booking.
  • Enter your booking number and email to find your trip.
  • Select the option to cancel your ticket.
  • A voucher for the ticket amount will be automatically added to your RedCoach account.

Important Cancellation Rules:

  • Tickets are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations within less than 3 hours of departure are not eligible for a voucher.
  • The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

📌 Extra luggage purchases cannot be cancelled separately after booking.

Ticket Changes

Passengers can modify their date and time of travel but cannot change their destination.

  • How to Change a Ticket?
    • Visit RedCoach Manage Booking.
    • Enter your booking number and email.
    • Select the option to change your ticket.
    • Choose a new date and time for your trip.
  • Important Change Rules:
    • Changes must be requested at least 3 hours before departure.
    • A price difference may apply if the new ticket costs more.
    • If the new ticket costs less, a voucher for the price difference will be issued to your RedCoach account.

Fees for Changes & Cancellations

  • Online Ticket Changes: Free (only pay the difference in fare, if applicable).
  • Phone Ticket Changes: $8 service fee per ticket.
  • Ticket Purchases by Phone: $13 processing fee per ticket.
  • Online Booking Fee: $7 per ticket ($14 for a round trip).
  • Seat Selection Fee (First Class): $5 per selected seat.

📌 Fees are non-refundable and will not be included in vouchers after cancellation.

Missed Trips & No-Show Policy

  • If a passenger misses their trip, they cannot use the ticket for another date.
  • No refunds or compensation will be issued for missed trips.

Refunds & Vouchers

RedCoach does not offer monetary refunds. Instead, cancellations result in a voucher that can be used for future trips.

  • Voucher Validity:
    • Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
    • Vouchers can be used toward any RedCoach ticket purchase.
    • If the full voucher amount is not used, the remaining balance will be saved for another trip.

📌 Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
