Gontijo Cancellation, Changes & Refunds

Gontijo has specific rules for cancellations, reservation changes, and refunds:

  • Cancellations requested at least 3 hours before departure time are entitled to refunds, subject to service fees as stated by the company.
  • Alterations in travel dates or times require specifications at least 3 hours prior to scheduled departures, subject to seat availability.
  • If you miss your scheduled bus, you must contact Gontijo immediately to attempt rescheduling. Be aware that conditions and additional fees may apply.
  • Refund procedures are executed through the same channel utilised for ticket purchase and may require several business days to process.
