ADO Cancellation and Refunds

Tickets can be cancelled up to 60 minutes before departure, with refunds issued via Saldo Max.

Conditions: Tickets marked as "boarded" or purchased less than 30 minutes before departure cannot be refunded.

Missed Bus Discount: If you arrive up to 60 minutes after the scheduled departure time, you can purchase a new ticket at a 50% discount for the next available bus.

Bus Ticket Changes

  • Tickets can be transferred up to 30 minutes before departure with price differences covered by the passenger.
  • Transfers for promotional tickets are limited.

  • Bring a printed ticket and valid ID to the counter. Only the passenger can request an exchange.
  • You’ll need to pay the fare difference if the new ticket price is higher.
