Intercar Cancellations and Refunds

- If your booking is cancellable, you can cancel it up to 1 hour before your trip.
 
Refunds
Valid tickets (tickets whose travel date and time have not expired) are refundable under the following conditions:

info@intercar.ca or via the web refund form.
- The refund will be the original value of the unused ticket(s), less a 25% administrative fee.
 - No refunds will be accepted for expired tickets.
 - Tickets sold as part of a promotion may have different refund conditions.
 
Bus Ticket Changes

- If your ticket is exchangeable, you can exchange it up until 1 hour before the departure time.
 - To exchange your ticket, you can either contact Limocar or visit the station directly.
