<li>Each passenger is allowed two suitcases and one piece of hand luggage.</li>



<li>Hand luggage must fit in the overhead racks, and all luggage must be identified.</li>



<li>Maximum luggage dimensions: 60 cm x 60 cm x 90 cm; maximum weight: 34 kg (75 lbs).</li>
</ul><h2 class="wp-block-heading">Additional Baggage</h2><ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Two extra bags are permitted for an additional fee ($30 per piece one-way, $60 round-trip).</li>



<li>If excess baggage is required, the customer must use EXPEDIBUS courier services.</li>
</ul><h2 class="wp-block-heading">Stroller and Baby Seat</h2><ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Strollers and baby seats are not counted as baggage items and do not affect the luggage allowance.</li>

<li>Bicycles can be transported via courier services and must be disassembled and packed.</li>



<li>Bicycles may be transported on a different bus depending on space availability.</li>
</ul><h2 class="wp-block-heading">Claim for Damaged Baggage</h2><ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Claims must be submitted via email to <a>info@intercar.ca</a> with supporting documents.</li>
