Ecolines aims to accommodate passengers with limited mobility but has certain conditions:

Accessibility & Assistance

  • Informing the carrier: Passengers requiring assistance should notify Ecolines at least 7 business days before departure.
  • Boarding & seating: Priority seating is offered, and the crew may assist passengers during boarding and stops.
  • Wheelchairs & mobility devices: Collapsible wheelchairs can be transported free of charge in the baggage compartment.
  • Assistance during travel: If a passenger requires special assistance, they may travel with a companion at no extra cost (subject to documentation).
