Turistar Pet Policy

Turistar has specific guidelines for passengers traveling with pets:

• Only small pets weighing up to 10 kg are permitted, and they must travel in suitable, secure carriers.
• The combined duration of the pet's travel cannot exceed 8 hours.
• Travelers must purchase an additional seat exclusively for placing the pet's carrier.
• It is mandatory for pets to have valid, up-to-date veterinary vaccination records and health certificates.
• The pet’s transport must adhere to hygiene and safety regulations, and passenger consent is necessary prior to boarding.
• Guide dogs and certified emotional support animals are permitted onboard free of charge with appropriate documentation and identification. Advance authorization is required.
