North America Bus Services
United States, Canada and Mexico baggage policy.
Carry-On Baggage
One (1) piece per passenger.
- Maximum size: 16 x 12 x 7 inches (42 x 30 x 18 cm).
- Maximum weight: 25 lb (7 kg).
- Must fit in the overhead compartment or under the seat.
Checked Baggage
One (1) piece per passenger.
- Maximum size: 31 x 20 x 12 inches (80 x 50 x 30 cm).
- Maximum weight: 50 lb (20 kg).
Excess Baggage
- Allowed subject to space availability.
- Additional fees apply for each extra piece.
Bulky Baggage
This includes large music instruments, sports baggage, etc.
- Requires advance booking and an additional fee.
- Usually, a maximum of one bulky item per passenger.
- Maximum size: Width (z) + Length (x) + Height (y) = max. 95 in (240 cm).
- Maximum weight: 75 lb (34 kg).

Bicycles
Must be standard size and reserved in advance. Important! E-bikes are not allowed on buses. Allowed on some routes for a fee.

Strollers
Collapsible strollers are allowed and conveyed free of charge.
Wheelchairs
Collapsible wheelchairs or mobility devices are free of charge. They will be stored in the baggage compartment.

Carry-On Baggage
Each passenger is allowed to bring one (1) piece of carry-on baggage, free of charge.
- Maximum size: 16 x 12 x 7 inches (42 x 30 x 18 cm).

- Storage: Must fit in the overhead compartment or under the seat.
Checked Baggage
In addition to carry-on baggage, each passenger can check one (1) piece of baggage for free.
- Maximum size: 31 x 20 x 12 inches (80 x 50 x 30 cm).
- Maximum weight: 50 lb (20 kg).
Excess Baggage
Subject to space availability and additional fees.
- Additional Fee: Fees apply for each extra piece.
- IMPORTANT: Excess baggage must be added during the booking process or via the online management system to ensure availability.
Bulky Baggage
For larger items such as sports equipment or musical instruments, bulky baggage is allowed, but it requires advance booking and an additional fee.
- Maximum size: The total of width + length + height must not exceed 95 inches (240 cm).
- Maximum weight: 75 lb (34 kg).
- IMPORTANT: Only one bulky item is permitted per passenger.
Bicycles
Bicycles are allowed on some routes and must be reserved in advance. E-bikes are not permitted.
- Fees: Additional fees apply for bicycle transportation.

Strollers
Collapsible strollers for infants are allowed free of charge but must be collapsible to fit in the storage compartment.
Wheelchairs and Mobility Devices
Collapsible wheelchairs and mobility devices are transported free of charge. These will be stored in the baggage compartment.
