Lovely station and great location. Be aware though that the kiosks don't just show trains for this station. They will print tickets for Lille-Europe (the station down the road), so pay close attention. We didn't realize this and very nearly missed our train.

Modern and traditional train station, lots of shops and places to eat and drink, clean and orderly. Well staffed, travellers can listen or play the piano, decorations hang from the ceiling, lots of routes available to travel to. A decent presence of security. Clear sign posts. Excellent location surrounded by hotels, cafes, street art and shops.
