Today 05/09/23, it is over 30° and on the Lille Douai Amiens route, we once again have an old train without air conditioning. We are crowded together and we are suffocating because of this heat. It's unacceptable, shameful to pay for the train under these conditions!!!

Tuesday, July 25, we went down my grandchildren and myself by the footbridge to access platform number 14. Three controllers were waiting downstairs, this is normal to control, however, they were very unpleasant, demanding, I had my 3 tickets in my emails and I'm not used to booking like this, due to a bad connection, it took a while to access my tickets and we only had 10 mins left to catch the train. I was very busy with 2 little ones who were crying thinking they were missing the train, but no benevolence on their part, your tickets otherwise no train. The more the minutes passed, the more I panicked. I found the children's tickets but mine was booked before, I couldn't find it, we had 4 minutes left to get to the train, which was a long walk away. Finally, they told me if you get checked on the train how do you do it and I told them that I will take my time to find it, they let us go. We ran and arrived just before the door closed and the train was packed, no seats and loaded with two children, it's unacceptable to show so much zeal. Always disappointed with this means of transport.

Nice station!! You can find the essentials for traveling there, but a little small in times of influence.
