It's incredible that this kind of station doesn't have chairs for people to sit comfortably to wait, there's only one bench and it's awful

Just Horrible! Unbelievable that this station doesn’t offer free public toilet services. Also, I have to wait 11 hours for our train to Madrid, We were exhausted after travelling the whole day and lied down in a chair ( just like many other travellers) but one security guard came to tell us we couldn’t do that . I was very confused by the comment as I don’t know what his concern was. I just thought it might be a cultural thing just to keep a nice image, but then I noticed there was people asking for money all over the place and they seemed to be ok with that. I might be wrong but I found this event strange and unnecessary. The managers should really consider improving staff service and amenities, people travelling from all over the world ends up here and showing a bit of hospitality wouldn’t hurt.

A very clean & organized rail station. They have the best public washroom in Europe! There is a bus stop and a taxi stand just outside the station. If you want to take the Metro, it's just 3 min walk. There are a few cafe's including McDonald's to catch you breath after a long train ride. Free charging station also provide in the public area. There is a luggage storage area right at the platform. A small to large bag will be charge from EUR3.50 to 5.50 per 24 hours, cash only, no change given.

Do not buy any souvenir like souvenir knifes, medieval swords, etc, that they are selling every where here, because you won’t be able to carry even a small letter opener through their trains! The person at the bag check just threw my souvenir letter opener into the bin! Bad experience, will not come again!

It runs well and you have food and shops all around, but, not enough places to sit or lay down, WC is paid (ridiculous).
