This station has the customer service counter (which apparently not in all puglia towns) and shout-out to Francesca from Cust. Service team indeed, she managed to sort my Valle d’Itria itinerary with the best train & bus ticket schedule possible. Really really helpful as its still quite hard to find the fixed schedule on your own. Happy with the service! :)

Lots of stairs and no elevators, which is extremely unfriendly towards people with luggage, and more over to those with limited abilities or strollers.
Though, the personal is friendly and helpful.

It doesn't seem to have an elevator or escalater from the platform to the exit despite of numerous tourists with luggage. Even a slope would make life much easier.
