Very aggressive thieves and beggars. I was assaulted with my two small children by the McDonald by noon. I saw others beaten up and robbed even a young mother was beaten to the ground. No security on the station only on the trains. Be very vigilant!

Tried to find politely some guidance & support from the SNCF booth, met unwelcome & haughty staff. Quite deceived by the support.
Putting a 1 star as I can’t put 0, but their contribution to my customer journey on French railroad network was absolutely 0. You will be better off with the hotline support.

They have renovated the Gare and added another Gare for buses. With easy access to trains and buses

No luggage storage either in the station or the city. We were with heavy backpacks, so instead of spending time (money) in the city we had to turn back and go to other destination. Luggage storage boxes should be a must for stations or the cities, especially for such a population (student) city
