Turistar Luggage Policy

To ensure comfort and safety, Turistar applies the following luggage guidelines:

• Passengers may bring one carry-on bag and document holder onboard.
• Carry-on luggage must fit easily in the overhead compartment or under your seat.
• Checked luggage is limited to two pieces per passenger, with each bag not exceeding 25 kg in weight and measuring no more than 158 cm (height + length + width).
• Additional or oversized baggage may incur an extra fee and is subject to space availability.
• Dangerous or prohibited items, including hazardous substances, firearms, knives, flammable products, and explosives, are strictly not allowed.
