<li><strong>Refunds Allowed</strong>: More than 48 hours before departure, subject to a 10% administration fee plus VAT.</li>



<li><strong>No Refunds or Amendments</strong>: After the departure time of the coach.</li>

<li><strong>No cheques</strong> are accepted unless they are bank-guaranteed.</li>

<li>Tickets are not transferable and are valid only for the specific journey mentioned on the ticket. </li>



<li>Any changes to the trip require a new ticket to be issued.</li>
