Ourbus Cancellation and Refund
General Cancellation / Intercity Routes: Cancel up to 30 minutes before departure to receive credit in your OurBus Wallet.
- Refunds available for tickets canceled more than 24 hours before departure (booking and facility fees non-refundable).
Commuter Routes: Tickets canceled up to 30 minutes before departure are credited to your OurBus Wallet.
- Refunds only if service is severely disrupted (60 minutes late or more).
"Door To Door" Service: Cancel up to 2 hours before departure for a wallet credit.
- No refunds available for Door To Door cancellations.

Bus Ticket Changes
Rescheduling: Supported if the scheduled departure is more than 30 minutes away.
- Use the website or app to reschedule.
- If the new fare is higher, pay the difference; if lower, the balance is credited to your wallet.
Missed Buses: If you miss your bus, your ticket is not refundable or transferable.
- Purchase a new ticket for the next available bus.
