Megabus Disabilities and Reduced Mobility
Wheelchair Accessibility
- All Megabus coaches are wheelchair accessible.
- Each coach has a designated space for one seated wheelchair user.
- Maximum wheelchair weight: 300kg (including the passenger).
- Maximum dimensions: Length 1200mm x Width 700mm x Height 1350mm.
Booking for Wheelchair Users
Contact Megabus at least 36 hours before their intended journey to reserve the wheelchair space.
- Bookings can be made by phone or email, and confirmation will be required before purchasing tickets.
- A PCA can accompany passengers with disabilities if necessary.
- Wheelchair space bookings should mention if a PCA (Personal Care Attendants) will accompany the passenger.

Megabus aims to respond to emails within 72 hours.
- Assistance at Stations: Passengers departing from London Victoria Coach Station may use the Mobility Assistance Lounge before departure.
- Additional Assistance: Megabus staff are available to help with boarding, disembarking, and other needs during the journey.
Collapsible Wheelchairs and Mobility Scooters
- Maximum weight: 23kg.
- The device will be stored in the luggage hold.
- Note: Customers cannot remain seated in mobility scooters during the journey.
