Garcia Pet Policy

Garcia welcomes pets onboard, provided passengers comply with the following guidelines:

• Pet transport is only permitted for journeys up to 8 hours.
• Passengers traveling with pets must purchase an additional seat next to their own.
• Pet size is limited to 10 kg, and they must be properly accommodated within a suitable and ventilated pet carrier throughout the entire journey.
• Mandatory health documentation, including updated vaccination records, is required at embarkation.
• Guide dogs (service animals) accompanying individuals with disabilities are always welcome without restrictions or additional charges, provided appropriate documentation is presented.
• Emotional support pets require specific authorization from Garcia, appropriate medical documentation, and must follow embarkation procedures.
• All travel with pets aboard Garcia buses depends on the explicit consent and comfort of other passengers.
