Eucatur Pet Policy

Eucatur accommodates pets onboard under specific guidelines for the comfort and safety of all passengers:

• Pet Size: Small pets, weighing up to 10 kg, can travel onboard.
• Transport Requirements: Pets must be safely placed in suitable carriers designed specifically for animal transportation. The container must fit comfortably in the passenger's foot area or be stored safely under a seat.
• Documentation Required: Up-to-date health documentation and vaccination certificates must be presented.
• Travel Duration: The recommended travel duration with pets onboard should not exceed 8 hours; beyond this, additional conditions may apply.
• Ticket Purchase: A separate seat must be purchased if the pet's carrier occupies a seat location.
• Passenger Consent: Other passengers must not object to the pet's presence onboard; consent or arrangements must be managed at the time of boarding between staff and passengers.
• Guide Dogs and Emotional Support Animals: Certified service animals (guide dogs, emotional support animals) are always allowed onboard without additional charges, provided certification and relevant documentation are available at boarding.
• Prior Authorization: Always consult with Eucatur and obtain prior approval for pet travel to avoid inconvenience at the time of boarding.
