Wheelchair & Mobility Device Accommodation
- Collapsible wheelchairs and walkers can be stored in the undercarriage storage at no additional charge.
 - Non-collapsible wheelchairs and scooters: Passengers should contact Concord Coach Lines in advance to check availability of accessible vehicles.

Traveling with a Wheelchair or Mobility Scooter
- Advance Notification Required: If traveling with a wheelchair or mobility scooter, passengers must notify Concord Coach Lines in advance to confirm availability of an accessible bus.
 - Storage Limitations: If a wheelchair or scooter cannot be accommodated in the passenger cabin, it may need to be stored in the baggage compartment.
 
Booking Assistance & Special Requests

- Passengers with disabilities are encouraged to inform Concord Coach Lines at least 36 hours before departure to arrange accommodations.
