Accessible Travel Services

Boarding & Disembarking Assistance

  • Passengers with disabilities are given extra time to board and exit the bus.
  • Drivers and staff can assist with storing mobility devices and guiding passengers to their seats.

Priority Seating

  • Priority seating is available for passengers with disabilities, elderly travelers, and those with reduced mobility.
  • Passengers should arrive early to request a priority seat.

Wheelchair & Mobility Device Accommodation

  • Collapsible wheelchairs and walkers can be stored in the undercarriage storage at no additional charge.
  • Non-collapsible wheelchairs and scooters: Passengers should contact Concord Coach Lines in advance to check availability of accessible vehicles.

Traveling with a Wheelchair or Mobility Scooter

  • Advance Notification Required: If traveling with a wheelchair or mobility scooter, passengers must notify Concord Coach Lines in advance to confirm availability of an accessible bus.
  • Storage Limitations: If a wheelchair or scooter cannot be accommodated in the passenger cabin, it may need to be stored in the baggage compartment.

Booking Assistance & Special Requests

  • Advance Booking Recommended
    • Passengers with disabilities are encouraged to inform Concord Coach Lines at least 36 hours before departure to arrange accommodations.
    • If traveling with a non-collapsible wheelchair, a seven-day advance notice is recommended to ensure space availability.
