APM WC Bus Ticket Cancellation and Refunds

• Refunds: with a 25% fee if canceled within 3 hours of the departure time.
• Late Arrival: If you arrive within 1 hour after the bus has departed, you will be penalized 50%, and the remaining amount can be transferred to the next departure. Arriving more than 1 hour late results in a 100% penalty.
• Voucher: If a refund is not processed, a voucher will be issued, valid for 3 years.
