Agee Bus Cancellation, Changes & Refunds
- Cancellations: Tickets cannot be canceled by the customer once booked.
- Bus Cancellations: If the bus is canceled due to Agee Bus, a full refund or alternative travel arrangements will be provided.
- Refunds for Delays: Bus delays are generally uncommon but may occur, with a typical maximum of 20 minutes.
- Missed Bus: No refunds are issued if a passenger misses the bus due to personal reasons.
Ticket Changes
- Rescheduling:
- Must be requested at least 24 hours before departure.
- Each ticket can be rescheduled a maximum of three times.
- A small rescheduling fee applies.
- Post-Departure Changes: No rescheduling, refunds, or open-ticket options after departure.
