Agee Bus Cancellation, Changes & Refunds

  • Cancellations: Tickets cannot be canceled by the customer once booked.
  • Bus Cancellations: If the bus is canceled due to Agee Bus, a full refund or alternative travel arrangements will be provided.
  • Refunds for Delays: Bus delays are generally uncommon but may occur, with a typical maximum of 20 minutes.
  • Missed Bus: No refunds are issued if a passenger misses the bus due to personal reasons.

Ticket Changes

  • Rescheduling:
    • Must be requested at least 24 hours before departure.
    • Each ticket can be rescheduled a maximum of three times.
    • A small rescheduling fee applies.
  • Post-Departure Changes: No rescheduling, refunds, or open-ticket options after departure.
