Intercape Cancellation and Refunds
Intercape offers different policies based on the ticket class.
Cancellation policy
- Saver tickets:48 hours or more before departure, with a 25% cancellation fee.
- Flexi tickets:24 hours or more before departure, with a 15% cancellation fee.
- Full Flexi tickets:12 hours or more before departure, with a 10% cancellation fee.
IMPORTANT: Tickets canceled within 1 hour of purchase can be refunded without any cancellation fee.

Bus Ticket Changes
Passengers can change their tickets based on ticket class.
Change policy
- Saver tickets: Changes are allowed 15 minutes or more before departure with a 25% change fee.
- Flexi tickets: Changes allowed with a 15% change fee.
- Full Flexi tickets: Changes allowed with a 10% change fee.
All changes require a new ticket to be issued​.
