Eurolines Baggage Policy

Carry-On Baggage

• Allowance: One piece of hand luggage per passenger.
• Size Limit: Must fit in designated storage areas inside the passenger compartment.
• Weight Limit: Up to 5 kg​.

Checked Baggage

Each passenger is allowed to check two pieces of luggage for free.

• Size Limit: The total height + length + width of each bag must not exceed 100 cm.
• Weight Limit: Up to 15 kg per bag (or one piece up to 200 cm total size and 25 kg weight)​.

Excess Baggage

• Oversized luggage (exceeding size limits) will incur an additional fee:
  • Suitcases or travel bags – Considered extra baggage, subject to a surcharge.
  • Packages (e.g., household appliances) – Charged at the full price of a passenger ticket for the same route.
• Additional baggage (within standard size limits) may be accepted for an extra fee but only if space is available​.

Bulky Baggage

• Larger items such as sports equipment or musical instruments may be allowed.
• Requires advance booking and an additional fee.

Strollers

• Collapsible strollers are allowed free of charge.

Wheelchairs and Mobility Devices

• Collapsible wheelchairs and mobility devices are transported free of charge.
• Advance notification is required to ensure proper accommodations.
